[ONLINE] Practical Perspectives on Restructuring and Insolvency 11 June

Following on from the sessions held last October concerning the newly developed preventive restructuring framework the next step is to show participants how preventive restructuring can be used in practice. This session would revolve around how the British version of restructuring has been used to great effect. This is likely to remain an area of interest particularly in view of the MBR’s official confirmation of its first insolvency practitioners.
