Paul Felice is an Associate at Mamo TCV Advocates involved primarily in the Telecoms, Media and Technology department, with specific emphasis on Data Protection law. He graduated as a Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta following the successful defence of a thesis entitled ‘Insolvency proceedings of Maltese companies: a critical overview of selected issues with particular reference to recent jurisprudence’. Paul joined the firm as a trainee in 2015 and has since obtained experience in the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution department as well as the Financial Services department. Since September 2017, Paul has also formed part of the internal Blockchain Committee at the Firm which is today known as the Fintech Department and which is responsible for projects relating to blockchain, fintech, cryptocurrency, Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs), Exchanges and distributed ledger technology (DLT).
