Senior Analyst, Trustees and CSPs Supervision, MFSA forms part of the offsite team responsible for the supervision of company service providers, trustees and other fiduciaries. In 2018 she graduated with a Masters in Advocacy. She was admitted to the bar in 2019. One year later she also graduated with a Masters in European Business Law from the University of Malta. After working for two years in the industry and following the submission of her thesis, which focused on the indirect tax treatment of Initial Coin Offerings, Enya joined the MFSA in 2020. From 2020 Enya has also been part of the team which reviews declarations of beneficial ownership information and assists with queries in this respect. In 2021 Enya obtained the Foundation Certificate in Trusts Law and Management by the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.
