Speaker: Alex Stellini and Mark Galea

Alex Stellini is an ACCA-qualified Accountant at EMD Advisory Services Ltd with a current focus on Maltese and international direct tax advisory and compliance services for multinational groups and private clients. His experience includes cross-border tax planning, tax controversy, exchange-of-information requirements, VAT compliance, transaction support for mergers & acquisitions, and guidance on grants and investment incentives. Mark Galea is a Certified Public Accountant, a Fellow of the Institute of Accountants, and has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Mark has a wealth of experience working with Government and parastatal institutions and for many years in the private sector as Finance & Corporate Affairs Director responsible for finance & operations management, change management, business succession planning and business development. Mr Galea served also as Managing Director of a local subsidiary of a foreign group.
