A discussion on carrying out KYC by understanding what is required, why it is required, and how to achieve it. Checklists are a helpful tool to complete KYC but should not only form part of the KYC collation.
Session 2: CSPs: How to design the Compliance Monitoring Programme, Logs and Registers.
A practical approach to designing a compliance monitoring programme (CMP) that assists the CSP in remaining compliant with regulatory obligations. The CMP, logs and registers not only need to be created but also should be maintained on a regular basis. We shall discuss how to do this in practice.
