[ONLINE] The CSRD: its scope and practical implications 16 May

Dr Gianluca Busuttil is heavily involved in supporting the ESG team at Deloitte, particularly when it comes to understanding and interpreting the implications of the CSRD from a legal and regulatory perspective. The transposition deadline for the CSRD is 6 June 2024, and first application will be to financial years starting on or after 1 January 2024 – so we can expect interest in the area to continue building and become more concrete as the actual obligations to comply with the CSRD kick in. Dr Busuttil have covered the area for the past long months and frequently provided regulatory support to persons at a decision-making level who are involved in policymaking around the eventual transposition of the CSRD.
