Seminar Description

This session will discuss the various types of Maltese VAT Registration, primarily:

– Article 10 – Normal VAT Registration

– Article 11 – Small Enterprises (as amended from 1 January 2025)

– Article 12 – Reverse Charge Mechanism

– VAT Grouping
