Dr Maria Schembri shall be dividing the presentation into 2 Parts –

    The second part, Dr Schembri  will discuss  the obligations of Administrators vis-à-vis the Register of Beneficial Owners.

The Agenda Being:

(i) Introduction;
(ii) the Main Players;
(iii) Obligation of Administrators;
(iv) Formalities; and
(v) Dissolution.  Ample time for questioning will be made available.

CPE

Qualifies for 2 CPE Professional hours under the core competency area.
