This course shall explore personal liability which may arise on company officers from various sources, including the following:

  • Statutory duties and fiduciary obligations under Maltese company law
  • Liability arising from wrongful trading and fraudulent trading
  • Civil and criminal consequences for directors and officers
  • Practical strategies for risk mitigation and compliance
