The role of a company officer brings with it various responsibilities. In turn, officers are at risk of incurring personal liability where these responsibilities are not properly executed. This course shall explore personal liability which may arise on company officers from various sources, including the following:

• Statutory duties and fiduciary obligations under Maltese company law
• Liability arising from wrongful trading and fraudulent trading
• Civil and criminal consequences for directors and officers
• Practical strategies for risk mitigation and compliance

Course Fee
