During this session, the most common administrative penalties issued by FIAU during 2026 will be analysed. The most common issues are flagged and an analysis of how one can prevent itself from being in breach of the regulation will be discussed in detail. Throughout the lecture, attendees will be given a practical self-testing methods for each common breach which would help them identify whether their firm is likely in breach of AML regulation.

The session is ideal for MLROs, Compliance Officers, Risk Officers and Sole traders who are subject persons.
