Corporate Service Providers (CSPs) operate within an increasingly detailed regulatory framework, with regulatory expectations continuing to evolve in areas such as governance, risk management, customer due diligence, ongoing monitoring, compliance and regulatory reporting.

This webinar provides a practical overview of the Regulatory Framework for Corporate Service Providers – the CSP Rulebook, helping participants understand the key regulatory requirements applicable to CSPs in Malta and how these obligations translate into day-to-day operations.

The session will examine the principal requirements of the CSP regulatory framework, including the responsibilities of directors and senior management, governance arrangements, risk-based systems and controls, client onboarding and ongoing due diligence, record keeping, compliance functions and regulatory obligations.

Particular attention will be given to the practical implementation of the Rulebook and to common areas where CSPs need to strengthen their policies, procedures and internal controls. The webinar will also consider the importance of maintaining an effective compliance culture and ensuring that the CSP’s operations remain aligned with applicable regulatory expectations.
