[ONLINE] Cross-border conversions in and out of Malta in terms of the transposed Mobility Directive in Malta – 13 November

During this session the speaker intends to provide the participants with an overview of the transposed legislation into Maltese law in connection with cross-border conversion in and out of Malta (previously commonly understood as redomiciliation of companies.) The speaker will address the motivations behind the introduction of the legislation from a EU point of view, followed by a deep dive into the formalities, relevant timings and other considerations applicable to converting a company from Malta to another jurisdiction (or vice versa), from a legal and practical point of view.
