The session will go through the AML Obligations, especially those involving the processing of personal data of clients, the UBOs, Directors and other entities, and how this can be aligned with GDPR. In relation to GDPR, the session will also cover the legal basis we can use for processing data and go into the basic information of GDPR, including the definition of data processor and data controller and the rights of data subjects, including the right to be erasure and right to stop processing data and how these can be tackled in relation to our AML Obligations.
