Jessica Agius joined Conduct Supervision within the Malta Financial Services Authority in 2016, after graduating as Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta. She forms part of a team responsible for the supervision of company service providers, trustees and other fiduciaries. More recently, she has been actively involved in the implementation of the changes to the new Company Service Providers Regime brought about by Act L of 2020, which amends the Company Service Providers Act (Cap. 529 of the Laws of Malta).
