[ONLINE] Incorporation and Re-domiciliation of Companies – 13 October 2020

During this seminar the speakers will delve into the incorporation of various commercial partnerships, including companies and a practical approach to what the Registrar of Companies expects from applicants. The speakers will also discuss incorporation of EEIGs and SEs together with re-domiciliation of companies.
The second part will deal with EU initiatives in relation to company law matters. The speakers will also go into progress made at EU level with regards company incorporations. The digitalisation of company law requires among others, for Member States to incorporate the registration process of companies fully online, eliminating the need for applicants or their representatives to appear in person before any competent authority. National legislation needs to evolve in this regard to reach the same aims and intentions set out by European Union law, which will be part of the issues addressed during this seminar.
