Personal tax and income tax obligations – 7 April 2020

Personal tax payers typically are obliged to file an income tax return on an annual basis. However, a number of income tax issues arise depending on the personal circumstances of each tax payer, which may change from year to year. The seminar shall discuss a variety of personal tax cases highlighting the tax implications and compliance obligations arising on each case. Furthermore, a number of changes are expected to alter the sphere of income tax compliance obligations including as announced in Budget Speech 2020 a measure allowing married couples to be assessed and submit returns separately is expected to be implemented. The prospective changes in personal income tax matters shall be analysed through a range of practical examples.

Seminar Fee

The seminar fee is €45.00 Members €50.00 Non-Members. The fee covers seminar participation, coffee break and access to event resources.

A receipt will be issued to all participants.

Parking facilities

Participants are advised to make use of the venue’s car park. Parking space in the car park is available on a first come, first served basis. Parking is also available close to the venue.
