The seminar will focus on the role of the MLRO with reference being made to changes made to the Prevention of Money Laundering and Funding of Terrorism Regulations (PMLFTR). The salient legislative provisions relating to the appointment and duties of the MLRO shall be outlined along with the critical reporting and monitoring functions forming part of the MLRO role.
