This session will seek to give the audience an introduction to the key provisions of the Act and certain practical considerations to keep in mind when interpreting it.

 

Session 2 will be delivered by Dr. Stephanie J. Coppini and will focus on the continuation of Maltese companies outside Malta, tackling both the legal and practical aspects of the entire process from a Maltese law perspective and the Malta Business Registry requirements.
