Although we recognise the importance of the service industry, this is not often demonstrated de facto.

This webinar will address various issues related to elevating our service game in various industries.  In a homogenous context, using service to stand-out is a powerful differentiator.  Competing on price alone is not enough and customers are quite clear about this.

When service is perceived to be below what is expected, then value comes into play in consumers’ minds.  During this webinar we will discuss how small everyday (consistent) actions can elevate our quality of service
