[ONLINE] Artificial Intelligence and its proposed Regulation under the AI Act – 23 January
The AI Act is currently being negotiated at Commission level, and is expected to become law on or around 1 January 2024. This is an area that’s extremely topical as you know, and the enthusiasm around AI needs to be tempered with an understanding of how AI will actually be regulated in the near future. It’s an area Dr Busuttil has ben covering over the past two years, but of course it has exploded since the onset of ChatGPT and other mainstream-use AI. We feel that there would be a real appetite for a session that would combine regulation and AI to show a more grounded version of the AI that will be closer to home for accountants/auditors/lawyers.
