Finding the right balance between the record keeping requirements stemming out of the AML/CFT requirements on one hand, and the data protection principles on the other hand is not an easy task.

This seminar will be split into two parts: (i) Dr Rakele Cini will be delivering the first part which will cover the record keeping obligations arising out of the AML/CFT framework; (ii) the second part, delivered by Dr Karl Sammut, will delve into certain data protection considerations that are intrinsically linked to the record keeping requirements set out by AML / CFT legislation.

Qualifies for  4 CPE Core hours under the core competency area.
