Notional Interest Deduction. A Practical Focus – 9 April 2019
The ‘Guideline in Relation to the Notional Interest Deduction Rules’ issued by the Department of Inland Revenue supplemented the NID rules enacted through LN37/2018.
Now, one yer down the line during this practical workshop we would be analysing the legislative framework against he guidelines background, prompt participants with an overview of the theoretical aspects, work on a number of numerical examples to better understand the implications of both the LN and the said Guidelines and discuss developments and implications to tax treatment of equity and debt.
Qualifies for 3 CPE CORE hours under the core competency area.
The seminar fee is €50.00. The fee covers seminar participation, coffee break and access to event resources.
A receipt will be issued to all participants.
Participants are advised to make use of the venue’s car park. Parking space in the car park is available on a first come, first served basis. Parking is also available close to the venue.
