Several amendments to the 2002 Employment and Industrial Relations Act (EIRA) and subsidiary legislation have been effected to better reflect employers’ obligations and employees’ rights.

Objectives 

This session aims at giving an overview of employment legislation as well as the latest policy developments and legislative initiatives.

CPE

Course Fee
